We’re looking for an experienced Senior Analyst (Not Data Analyst) to join a dynamic finance team, with a focus in capital markets, who will play a pivotal role in deal execution, financial analysis, and operational excellence. - Lead monthly close and routine reporting processes related to capital markets activities.
- Analyze and validate financial results, proactively identifying discrepancies and recommending automation or process enhancements.
- Support securitization transactions—including reporting packages, pool selection, system setup, and coordination with accounting, operations, legal, and banking partners.
- Serve as a system expert, driving testing initiatives and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Perform cash management and forecasting to support short‑ and long‑term liquidity planning.
- Monitor match‑funding models to safeguard the customer finance portfolio against liquidity and interest rate risks.
- Communicate insights, trends, and results to leadership with clarity and confidence.
- Provide key operational support to the broader Capital Markets function.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration required
; MBA or MS Finance preferred. - 5+ years of experience in financial planning, modeling, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Experience with cash forecasting or debt planning is a plus.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or Alteryx).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with ABS Suite, Navision, Info Lease, Hyperion, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven, and committed to integrity and ethical standards.
- Experience in Capital Markets is a must and Treasury Services is a plus.
- Comfortable working within multicultural and cross‑functional environments.
