A rapidly growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This strategic role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers significant opportunities for career growth, impact, and visibility within a profitable and expanding organization.
ResponsibilitiesSenior FP&A Reporting Analyst duties will include:
- Lead consolidated financial reporting across two business divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support monthly forecasting and strategic planning.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to guide liquidity and investment decisions.
- Drive the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals.
- Design and monitor the annual operating plan, tracking performance against targets.
- Conduct variance analysis on P&L and working capital, partnering with accounting and operations teams to explain key drivers.
- Create and manage KPI dashboards to measure business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Build insightful financial reports that support profitability analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of a new financial consolidation tool to streamline reporting.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and trend reporting to support executive leadership and business initiatives.
- BS Degree; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially with senior leadership and project teams.
- Knowledge of GAAP and consolidation reporting
