• Work on real projects: dams, spillways, earthwork, remediation
• Learn from experienced engineers, superintendents, assistant project managers, and project managers
• Use industry tools like Excel, Bluebeam, and Agtek

As a Field Engineer, you'll support project managers and superintendents on large-scale construction projects across the Southeast and Southwest. You'll help with planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality compliance.

• Students or graduates in Construction Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
