Controls Engineer

Our client, a leader in industrial automation and manufacturing solutions, is seeking a PC&IS Engineer (Engineering-Electrical Engineering) to join their dedicated team. As a PC&IS Engineer, you will be integral to advancing electrical design, programming, and digitization of automated systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate innovative thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Develop and innovate in electrical design, programming, and digitization of automated, robotic, and information systems
• Lead process improvements focusing on material utilization, safety, and cost efficiency
• Own and build Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Human to Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
• Lead manufacturing lines and machine control initiatives to optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement power systems, computing, and network technologies

• Experience or ability to quickly learn in power systems, computing, and network technologies
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices
• Proven leadership skills with experience leading teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in electrical design, programming, and automation systems
