Our client—a nationally recognized, award-winning multidisciplinary engineering firm—is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join their dynamic MEPFP team in North Carolina
. This role can sit remotely in North Carolina with regular travel to the Greensboro, NC headquarters.

Responsibilities- Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage multiple projects through all phases—from concept to construction—with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
- Design Excellence: Review and contribute to construction documents, drawings, and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and consistency.
- Field Coordination: Conduct site inspections and data collection to support design integrity and project success.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships through design meetings, collaboration, and peer reviews.
- Financial Oversight: Track milestones, prepare projections, and support billing processes.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster team development.
- Business Development: Partner with marketing teams on RFQs, interviews, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering
- PE license (or eligibility) in NC, SC, and VA
- Expertise in power, lighting, data, security, and fire alarm systems
- Experience with building or industrial/manufacturing facilities
- Proficiency in design software (Visual, SKM) and construction documentation tools
