Overview
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join our Land group in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is an opportunity for a proven land development professional with 10+ years of experience in site plan design, roadway design, permitting, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and stormwater management (SWM) to step into a highly visible leadership role.
ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will lead projects and operations, help grow MRA’s presence in the Wilmington market, and play a meaningful role in shaping the long-term direction of the office. For the right individual, this role offers a clear path toward firm ownership and long-term career growth.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Business Development experience
- Proficiency in recent versions of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal and written communication
