- Lead the implementation and management of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3.
- Drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance through robust quality processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements into product design and manufacturing.
- Monitor and improve quality metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.
- Proven QMS Implementation: Demonstrated history of implementing and managing QMS, specifically IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3.
- Extensive Quality Engineering Expertise: 8+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering with strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
- Automotive Sector Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive manufacturing industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Certifications: Professional certifications from ASQ or equivalent are highly valued.
