The Department of Management in the Bryan School of Business and Economics invites applications for one full-time, non-tenure-track Lecturer position commencing August 1, 2026. The lecturer will teach four courses per semester, in areas such as Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Strategy, and International Business. The role requires teaching both face-to-face and online courses (online instruction is required) and participation in university and professional service.
Experience with virtual experiential work and hands-on student projects is a plus. The successful candidate will help bridge the Bryan School and the business community, with an emphasis on securing internships and job placements for students through collaboration with local businesses.
- Either an MBA or an MS/MA in Management or related business area from an appropriately accredited school.
- Substantial high-level professional experience. To be qualified for instruction, ongoing professional experience over the last five years (e.g., consulting, professional certifications) is expected.
- Teaching experience in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Strategy, and/or International Business is valued.
