Position Overview
This is a temporary Part‑Time Instructor position in Health Services Administration. Dental health services administration courses will be taught, and the instructor is expected to participate in the continued development of the program, including recruitment, internship opportunities, course syllabi, student handbook, and other relevant documents. Additional duties may include:
- Teaching health services administration courses
- Assisting with recruitment, internship development, course syllabi, student handbook, and other program documents
- Serving as an academic advisor
- Serving on academic or administrative committees
- Keeping abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in professional organizations and conferences
Master’s degree in Health Care Management or related field. A minimum of two years full‑time employment or equivalent in healthcare.
Preferred ExperienceMaster’s or Doctorate in the field degree with 1–3 years teaching experience at the university or community college level.

This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies. N.C. A&T employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina, within a 2‑hour commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
