We’re looking for enthusiastic assistant teachers who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing safety and well-being. You’ll collaborate with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across development areas and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
Responsibilities- Support lead teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate activities and routines.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.
- Support documentation of child progress and communication with families.
- Engage with families and participate in ongoing professional collaboration.
- Entry-level position; passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team and follow guidance from lead teachers.
