This is a part-time on-site role in Greensboro, NC for a Retirement Education Specialist. The specialist will deliver educational presentations on retirement planning, guide school system employees on retirement options, and provide support in understanding 403(b) plans. Responsibilities also include meeting with educators to assess their financial goals, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting research to address client needs, and fostering relationships to promote financial literacy and retirement readiness.
Qualifications- A strong background in Education and Training to effectively convey retirement planning concepts.
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and provide excellent support to clients.
- Experience with Research to identify the best retirement solutions and stay updated on relevant financial information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse clients in the education sector.
- Knowledge of 403(b) retirement plans or a willingness to learn is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site with educators in Greensboro, NC, and availability for a part-time schedule.
