Position Summary
The Coordinator for Residence Life is a full-time, twelve-month, live
-on, exempt position reporting to an Assistant Director for Residence Life. The Coordinator for Residence Life ( CRL ) is responsible for developing community for 300 – 600 residential students. CRLs are responsible for providing programming, leadership development, supervision, and advising for their community.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree with concentration in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates
Preferred Qualifications
Post-baccalaureate experience working in Housing and Residential Programs (Residence Life).
