About Us

At Herself Health, our mission is simple: “We Help Women Get More Life Out of Life, Together.” The “together” is intentional - We have built a new, collaborative model of value-based primary care for women 50+ to solve long-standing problems: rushed appointments, long wait times, and care that’s generalized, rather than specialized, to women’s preferences and concerns.

We are expanding our whole-person clinic model to North Carolina in 2027. Our team is on a mission to innovate the primary care landscape for women 50+. We’re seeking passionate, mission-driven clinicians to join our growing team.

The Primary Care Physician’s Role

The Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) is a key member of our interdisciplinary care team. In this role, you will evaluate patients’ acute and chronic conditions, manage medications, address mental health and socio-emotional needs, and provide empathetic patient education. The PCP will work closely with fellow clinicians to provide comprehensive primary care. While direct patient care is the primary focus, PCPs also assist with development, implementation, and achievement of key organizational objectives and metrics.

Functioning in a value-based care model, our team proactively and strategically manages population health in accordance with IHI’s Quintuple Aim, adopts best practices in coding compliance, and achieves HEDIS quality metrics.

We are also inviting Residents and Fellows at all levels to apply.
