Med Center Kernersville Primary Care and Sports Medicine, part of the Cone Health Medical Group (CHMG) is seeking a quality-oriented Family Medicine physician with Sports Medicine fellowship to join our strong network of FM/SM physicians within our medical groups. • Provide Primary Care and Sports Medicine (65% & 35% respectively)
• Versed in Procedures;
  Proficiency in Splinting and Casting
• Ultrasound In-House;
  On-Site Imaging and Physical Therapy
• Commitment to providing excellent team-oriented care
• 100% Outpatient with very minimal call
• Community involvement in Sporting events
