Job Type: Full-Time

Hiring Location(s): Greensboro & Burlington

Pay: Up to $156,000 per year

Schedule: 4-hour or 8-hour shifts | Weekends as needed

Your Role as an Optometrist:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose/treat ocular conditions like glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, etc.
• Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, low vision aids, and therapeutic treatments.
• Advise patients on surgical and non-surgical options based on lifestyle and occupational needs.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure excellent patient experiences.
• Transition patients seamlessly to optical, working closely with opticians on eyewear solutions.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative care when necessary.
• Meet sales goals through informed and consultative recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school
• Active (or eligible) license to practice optometry in [Insert State]
• A warm, patient-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Business awareness and comfort in a collaborative, team-based setting
