Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated dental practice in Greensboro, NC to find a Dental Hygienist. New and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply! Our ideal candidate will have a professional and positive attitude and a passion for dental hygiene.

Pay for this position is $48-53/hour with an excellent benefit package (listed below).

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday

Duties:

• Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and root planing.
• Conduct oral health assessments to evaluate the condition of teeth and gums.
• Take, develop, and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Apply preventive materials such as fluoride varnish and dental sealants.
• Document patient dental histories, treatment plans, and clinical observations accurately in patient records.
• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures when needed.
• Screen for oral diseases, including signs of gingivitis, periodontal disease, and oral cancer.

Requirements

• Active NCC Dental Hygiene license
• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene
