A well-established, private dental practice in the Greensboro, NC area is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join the team. With two hygienists, two experienced dental assistants, and a dependable front office staff, the practice runs smoothly and is highly trusted in the community. Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Comfortable with a steady, solo schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient rapport
• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Committed to high-quality, ethical care

Guaranteed base salary starting near $200,000 (negotiable), paid monthly

33% adjusted production bonus
, whichever is higher

Continuing Education (CE) support

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (4-day workweek)

Operatories: 1 doctor operatory + 2 hygiene operatories

PPO-only no Medicaid or HMO
