Full-time or part-time (consistent schedule required).

• All providers receive a guaranteed base salary with a monthly gross production true-up, access to state-of-the‑art facilities (CBCT, digital scanners, 3D printers, and operating microscopes), and no lab fees—supported by in‑house dental technicians.
• Providers focus solely on patient care and education without any practice management or operational responsibilities.

We are seeking skilled and motivated Endodontists to join a modern, specialty‑based practice and teaching facility with all dental specialties under one roof. This unique opportunity combines advanced clinical care with mentorship, offering students hands‑on experience under your supervision in a real private practice environment.

The role offers a large, established referral network—fed by both private practice affiliates and the broader university system.

• Provide high‑quality endodontic diagnosis and treatment, including retreatments and surgical cases.
• Mentor and supervise students in endodontic principles and procedures.
• Collaborate with restorative, prosthodontic, and surgical colleagues to deliver comprehensive care.
• Utilize CBCT, digital imaging, operating microscopes, and advanced instrumentation for precision and efficiency.

• DDS/DMD and completion of accredited Endodontics residency.
• North Carolina dental license or eligibility.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and education.
• Consistent availability and reliability for scheduled patient care days.
