We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor based out of Greensboro, NC, to join our team and help connect America.

- Direct, coordinate, and supervise, dispatch, train, inspect, and monitor employees and subcontractors in the correct placement/repair of cable and restorations, ensuring results meet contractual and process specifications.
- Ensure employees meet all safety, quality, and production goals according to company set rules, regulations, and standards.
- Maintain daily production sheets and other reporting.
- Inspect trucks and equipment for defects.
- Participate in daily/weekly calls with operations and customers.
- Resolve complaints.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
- 3+ years of experience within the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry.
- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus).
- Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment safely.
- Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps to identify the type and size of underground utilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, distribution include Excel, etc), Google applications, and/or other construction-related software applications.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and others.
- Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed with or without assistance.
- Able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies, or on-call).
