We’re currently hiring operators for projects in the Piedmont‑Triad region
, including landfills, airports, and commercial site development.

• Excavators
• Backhoes
• Loaders
• Graders
• Rollers
• Skid steers
• Tractors

• Read and interpret grade stakes, elevations, and site plans
• Excavate, move, and grade earth, and install structures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
• Perform general labor duties when required

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of construction/heavy equipment experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel (~75%)

• Proficiency operating heavy machinery
• Ability to judge slopes, distances, and elevations accurately
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Capacity to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, crawl, stoop, and use hand tools
• Visual and auditory ability appropriate for a construction site

10‑hour shifts

Monday to Friday with some overtime
