Our high-volume Service Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Toyota/Lexus Shop Foreman (with ASE Master Certification) to oversee daily operations, lead and manage a team of technicians, ensure auto repairs are performed correctly, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained, and more. At least 5 years of Toyota/Lexus repair experience is required.

• Oversee high-volume Toyota/Lexus Service Dept's daily operations, lead and manage a team of technicians, ensure auto repairs are performed correctly, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained, and more
• Manage and prioritize Service Dept. workflow
• Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Lead, train and mentor technicians
• Ensure safety regulation compliance is followed
• Perform other duties as requested

• Required:
