CAPITAL is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

- Oversee the scheduling and assignment of service appointments and repairs
- Ensure efficient workflow to meet customer expectations and deadlines
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of service
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of completed work
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Other duties assigned
- Experience as an Automotive Service Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using automotive service management software
- Valid driver s license
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
