Administrative Assistant - Collections; Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Representing ECS in collection efforts via phone, face-to-face, and e-mail
• Assisting in maintaining the collections database and relationships with clients
• Working with office staff to achieve collection goals, prepare certificates of insurance, scan and link invoices or other related documents to billing files, and assist in revisions to invoices
• Performing general clerical duties such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, word processing, or other clerical tasks

• High school diploma or GED
• 0 - 2 years of experience
