The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of well-rounded accounting experience in accounting and light general HR compliance. The role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations and support key administrative functions in a collaborative, positive workplace environment that offers flexibility and a work/life balance.
Finance & Admin Lead key responsibilities:
- Oversee and participate in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
- Supervise and support two AR/AP team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and HR-related regulations.
- Maintain organized administrative records and support general office operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
- Experience with HR compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Familiarity with accounting software; SAP experience is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and take ownership of responsibilities.
