LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a Finance & Administration Lead role for a global organization with US-based headquarters in High Point, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of well-rounded accounting experience in accounting and light general HR compliance. The role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations and support key administrative functions in a collaborative, positive workplace environment that offers flexibility and a work/life balance.

Finance & Admin Lead key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Supervise and support two AR/AP team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance policies and HR-related regulations.
  • Maintain organized administrative records and support general office operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum of four years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
  • Experience with HR compliance is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Familiarity with accounting software; SAP experience is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and take ownership of responsibilities.
