In your new role as a Cleaner, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.

You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Keep cleaning equipment and premises clean, safe and well maintained in line with SLAs and Health and Safety requirements
• Learn the designated cleaning area and required cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals used on site
• Complete required training to perform the cleaning role
• Work as part of a team and, where appropriate, use own initiative
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide quality customer service with a view to continuous improvement

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible approach to the role
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined
