We have a requirement for experienced Process Engineer that has worked on split gate MOSFETs, to assist with continued growth within their manufacturing facility based in Greenock.

You will come from a semiconductor background and have hands on knowledge and experience of Wet Etch, Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) or Epitaxy.

• Experience with in the semiconductor technology industry
• Expert on Wet Etch, Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) or Epitaxy processes.
• Qualified ideally to degree level minimum in related field
• Ongoing control of Static Process Control (SPC)
• Controlling process performance, maintain efficient workflow and implementing improvements
