Patient Care Administrator
Clyde Injury Clinic, Inverclyde
15–20 hours per week
Do you enjoy caring for people and making them feel at ease?
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Patient Care Administrator to join our growing front office team.
What We DoOur goal is to reduce patients' pain, restore their movement, and improve their quality of life. Since 2009, we've built a reputation for elite, evidence‑based care—and for being a genuinely welcoming place to walk into. Visit our website to learn more about us and what we do.
The Role:Why You Matter
This isn't a behind-the-scenes admin role. You'll be front and center.
Our patients often arrive feeling sore, worried, or unsure. The way they're greeted—the warmth, the clarity, the calm—sets the tone for everything that follows. That's where you come in.
You'll be the organised, approachable presence that helps patients feel informed and supported from the moment they first reach out.
- Warmly welcoming patients in person and on the phone
- Answering questions clearly and pointing people in the right direction
- Keeping things running smoothly—managing diaries, booking appointments, processing payments
- Looking after the details so our clinicians can focus on patient care
- Being a positive presence in a close-knit team that really enjoys working together
We don't need you to have clinic experience. We need you to be a good fit for our culture and values which is our top priority.
The right person for this role is likely someone who:
- Is naturally warm and approachable—people tend to feel comfortable around you
- Stays calm when things get busy (which they regularly do!)
- Is organised and pays attention to the details that matter
- Communicates clearly & professionally, whether on the phone, in person, or by email
- Genuinely likes helping people and takes satisfaction in making their day a little easier
- If you've worked in reception, hospitality, or customer service, great—but your attitude, reliability, and the way you treat people matter far more.
We're a small, growing team that takes our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We aim to be excellent at what we do, and we aim to enjoy doing it together. If you value warmth, professionalism, and a bit of fun along the way, you'll fit right in.
Ready to Apply? If this sounds like the kind of place you'd thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
