Teaching Assistant Ebbsfleet Full Time February 2026

TLTP are currently working with a Kent based primary school, who are looking to recruit a TA to work with KS1 students. This will be a long-term position till July 2026.

• TA experience required

Engage children in the classroom and support concentration and development of learning. Build relationships with pupils to support learning. Communicate effectively in the learning of students and bond with children to create healthy relationships to assist children in the process of learning.

The school is based in the Kent borough and provides education to children from the ages of 3-11. The school hosts a positive and work driven environment that flows throughout the staffing team and students alike, promoting learning of the highest standard. It is roughly a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, and on-site parking is available for drivers.
