Security Engineer

This is an experienced role for a Security Engineer looking for a new challenge. Join our family‑run business, a leader in fire, security, reception and data system solutions, to support high‑rise and residential projects across London.

£32,000 to £38,000 DOE – overtime and bonus opportunities.

• Installing, servicing and maintaining Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems on high‑rise developments and in occupied residential or commercial buildings.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance comply with relevant British Standards and industry regulations (NSI NCP 109, SSAIB Security).
• Read, interpret and work from drawings, site plans and system schematics.
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, particularly in live and occupied environments.
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer‑focused approach.
• Complete accurate documentation, reports and certification.
• Adhere to any adhoc duties as required.

• ECS or CSCS Card.
• Sound working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations: NSI NCP 109, SSAIB Security.
• Asbestos Awareness.
• Working at Height.
• Manual Handling.
• Manufacturer training (preferred).
• IPAF and/or PASMA (desired).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the Security Industry.
• Solid experience installing, servicing and maintaining Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems.
• Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally with a customer‑focused approach.

Hours of work:
Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm
