Site Manager - Planned Maintenance
* Project - Retrofit on street properties
* Location - North West London
* Salary - Up to £57k + package
The Role
A UK-leading Property Services company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on a long-term PA Housing / Street Properties retrofit framework. This role is based in North West London and will involve managing day-to-day site operations across occupied residential properties.
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of retrofit works on site, acting as the key link between residents, operatives, subcontractors and the wider project team.
Key responsibilities include
* Managing day-to-day site activities on retrofit projects
* Supervising direct labour and subcontractors
* Delivering works across street properties and occupied homes
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to specification
* Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, quality and customer care
* Liaising with residents to minimise disruption and manage expectations
* Reporting progress, issues and risks to the Project Manager
About You
You’ll be an experienced Site Manager with a background in property services, social housing or retrofit works.
Essential
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within property services or planned works
* Experience working in occupied residential properties
* Strong H&S awareness and site leadership skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency works
* Knowledge of PAS 2035 standards
* Previous experience working on social housing frameworks
