Public Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a well-established and growing independent firm of chartered accountants in Greenford who are looking to recruit a Qualified Audit Senior to join their expanding Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected local practice with a strong reputation in the market, offering a varied client portfolio (including OMBs, SMEs and groups) and genuine long-term progression.

As a Qualified Audit Senior
, you will take responsibility for leading audits from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Partners, and supporting the development of junior staff members.

• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Undertaking audit fieldwork and ensuring files are completed to a high technical standard
• Preparing audit completion documentation and supporting statutory accounts preparation
• Supervising junior staff on-site, reviewing work and providing coaching and feedback
• Acting as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients during audit engagements
• Identifying audit risks and escalating technical matters to Managers/Partners where appropriate
• Ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget

• ACA / ACCA Qualified
• Strong UK practice audit experience
• Confident and professional communicator with strong client-facing skills
• Experience supervising junior team members
• Well organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality client service
