At Home - 4601 South 27th Street - Responsibilities:
Plan and lead transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets to maintain visual integrity.;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc.;
Participate in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions and stock product in designated areas.;
Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.;
Coach and train team in visual merchandising priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience.
