• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to support merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment adhering to health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
