Laser & CNC Turret Punch Press Operator

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Laser/Punch Press Operator to join our night shift. Key

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Setting and operation of our 3kW Fibre Laser or one of three Amada CNC Turret Punches.

• Maintain programs within the machine, eliminating programming errors.
• Forward plan and load plan for daily production requirements.
• Communicate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process.
• Operate relevant machinery and tools in a safe manner.
• Maintain high standards and quality of work.
• Inspect parts for defects as part of the in-process inspection procedure.
• Record all results, adjust program or notify appropriate person of deviation when needed. Upkeep of a clean and organised working area.

• CNC Turret Punch Operator: 1 year (required)
• Competent Laser Operator: 1 year (required)

Schedule:
Minimum 40 hours per week with 10-hour night shifts.
