About the Role:

The Laborer position is essential to supporting various operational and construction activities across multiple project sites within the United States. This role focuses on performing physically demanding tasks that contribute to the efficient progress and completion of projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and skilled tradespeople to prepare sites, handle materials, and maintain equipment.

This position requires adaptability to different work environments and the ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety. Ultimately, the Laborer plays a critical role in enabling project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

* Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.

* Reliable attendance and punctuality.

* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

* Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related labor-intensive field.

* Familiarity with common hand and power tools.

* Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards such as OSHA regulations.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on job sites.

* Prepare and clean work areas by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstacles.

* Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

* Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, and performing other tasks as directed.

* Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.

* Maintain equipment and tools by performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance.

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

* Adapt to changing project needs and assist in various tasks as required.
