Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3-11 Shift

Job Summary:

Regal Care at Greenfield is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part-time and full-time basis. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a comfortable and home-like setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity, sensitivity, and inclusivity in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting positive outcomes
