Job SummaryRegal Care at Greenfield is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part‑time and full‑time basis. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents in a comfortable and home‑like setting.
Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity, sensitivity, and inclusivity in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
