BBF Massachusetts LLC, located at 74 Fairview Street E, Greenfield MA, is looking for you to join our production team! We are currently searching for Dishwasher Team Members for our first & Second.

Dishwashers perform various functions in facility to ensure that trays are thoroughly cleaned to control allergen cross contamination. Assumes responsibility and accountability for performing all duties accurately and efficiently. Assumes responsibility and accountability for complying with Company and regulatory policies such as GMP’s and HACCAP. Complies with and implements all Safe Quality Food program procedures. Work in a team environment to relate and communicate effectively within the context of Better Body Foods culture and values.

• Scrape and sort trays before hand washing in Metal Totes.
• Monitor water temperature during washing to make sure water is hot.
• Unload Metal Totes after a wash to put away trays at proper storage area.
• Regularly checking and maintaining the detergent in Metal Totes. cleaning equipment. Reporting any malfunctions or issues to Shift Lead.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and chemicals, notifying the shift lead when inventory is low, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of chemicals.
• Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and taking out trash.
• Use hand trucks to move clean tray supplies from a storage area to work area.
• Assists in other areas of production as directed by Shift Lead.

1. Cleans the production facility according to the guiding (Sanitation) SOP’s.

2. Performs sanitation and periodic cleaning with use of power washers and other sanitation equipment as directed by Shift Lead.

3. Required to wear the individual personal protective equipment provided for use by Better Body Foods performing sanitation.

Environment:
Production, warehouse, and office areas, movement throughout the facility.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift 50-pound bags to shoulder height and carry continuously over the course of an eight-hour shift. Ninety percent (90%) of the scheduled work time spent standing. Walking, stooping, lifting, sitting, standing, reaching, repetitive movements, kneeling, and crouching as needed to perform the job. Must have ability to work in seasonal temperature variances in unheated and non-air-conditioned areas of the plant.

Equipment Used:
Including, but not limited to, the following: hand trucks, mixers, vertical cutting mixer, conveyor augers, rotary oven, twist-tie machine, carton erector, pallet movers, digital scales, and metal detectors.
