We are seeking versatile and detail-oriented Production Associate
to join our dynamic production team. This role involves operating machinery, assembling components, inspecting products, and packing materials to ensure high-quality output. As a Manufacturing Associate
, you will contribute to various stages of the manufacturing process while adhering to safety and quality standards. Experience with calipers and micrometers is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure consistent production quality.
  • Perform assembly tasks
    , including fitting and aligning components to meet product specifications.
  • Conduct inspections using tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify product dimensions.
  • Pack finished products securely in appropriate containers for shipping or storage.
  • Assist in maintaining machine performance by performing routine maintenance and adjustments.
  • Perform quality checks to identify defects or irregularities in products.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
  • Record production data, including quantities, material usage, and any quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of equipment and processes.
Skills and

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in machine operation, assembly, inspection, or packing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with calipers and micrometers is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Physical capability to lift and move materials weighing up to [Insert Weight Requirement].
  • Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required.
