Operating Director

Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in‑home care company, growing to over 400 offices across 45 states in under 5 years. With a focus on giving seniors the option to age in place, we are expanding our presence across the country and are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider (Business Development)
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.) (Referral Building)
  • Hire, onboard, and schedule new team members; monitor on‑call responsibilities for clients, caregivers, and partners (Staffing and Scheduling)
  • Conduct in‑home assessments, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction (In‑home Assessments)
  • Oversee the office budget and profit and loss statements (Financial Management)
  • Create a workplace of choice for the territory, incent, motivate, and set the tone of team morale (Cultivating Culture)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven leader with previous team‑management experience
  • Success with meeting sales and business development goals
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
