We are seeking an IT Technical Lead to support a rapidly growing technology landscape and ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems across the organization. This role plays a central part in leading day-to-day operations, guiding a small technical team, and serving as a trusted technical resource for business stakeholders.
The IT Technical Lead will oversee infrastructure stability, deliver high-quality end-user support, and champion best-practice security and operational standards. In addition, this individual will manage escalations, support project delivery, and drive improvements that strengthen overall IT performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily IT operations while ensuring responsive, high-quality customer service.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
- Monitor and support enterprise networks, including Cisco environments, WAN/LAN, remote VPN access, and telephony systems.
- Provide hands‑on end‑user support, including new user setups, issue resolution, and request prioritization across 1st and 2nd?level cases.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues across Dell/HP server platforms, both physical and virtual.
- Manage procurement of IT equipment, components, and supplies to maintain a stable infrastructure.
- Apply strong IT security practices aligned with frameworks such as the CIS Cyber Security Framework.
- Mentor and guide 2 4 team members, manage escalations, and support ongoing skill development.
- Contribute to project documentation, assist with implementation efforts, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- 3 6 years of professional IT experience, or a degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Windows 10/11, Exchange, DHCP/DNS, RAID configurations, and related infrastructure technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with Cisco equipment, firewalls, wireless access points/controllers, and Meraki or SD?
WAN solutions. - Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, the CIS Cyber Security Framework, and enterprise security tools.
- Experience with Veeam Backup/Replication, antivirus products, TCP/IP networking, and telephony systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center, SharePoint Online, Entra , Intune, Active Directory, DNS, and domain controllers.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
