• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide basic care and support to patients, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts.
• 0 years of experience; newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.

• Competitive hourly rate: $19 - $25 per hour.
