CSO is looking for a Program Manager for our CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) program in Greenfield.

Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence‑based intensive outpatient treatment program designed to assist youth overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.

This Program Manager will provide overall oversight of the PACT team, including clinical and administrative supervision for staff and interns in program; provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups; participate as an active member of agency management team.

Starting Salary: $68,000-$72,000/year

You Will
  • Provide day‑to‑day programmatic and administrative oversight of PACT program including clinical, rehabilitative, multi‑disciplinary and recovery‑oriented services to support adult clients' recovery journey
  • Develop, oversee and participate in ongoing program activities, including onsite group and community activities that are active, flexible, ongoing, community‑based and that include assertive outreach, rehabilitation, and support
  • Coordinate and ensure that quality services are provided within the PACT team
  • Manage the program budget with support from the Program Director
  • Manage the referral process
  • Lead and participate in PACT training, monitoring fidelity to model
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the community including the Department of Mental Health, managed care companies, local landlords and any other appropriate community members
  • Manage the hiring and training of staff in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Ensure fidelity to evidence‑based models and provide on‑site or home‑based clinical support as needed
  • Perform trauma‑informed intake assessments and complete clinical assessments
  • Participate in collaborative care planning and case management with clients and program staff
  • Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, in‑service trainings, and other required meetings
Your Background
  • Clinical Master's degree
  • Three years of relevant experience including supervisory experience
  • Clinical license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
