Service Porter

Description of the role:

The Service Porter at Ford & Toyota of Greenfield plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around the service area while providing excellent customer service.

• Keep the service drive and customer parking areas clear and organized.
• Transport vehicles to and from the service lane as needed.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of service department.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with basic inquiries.
• Support service advisors and technicians as needed.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
