Summary
The Senior Quality Technician performs a wide range of working level to expert level duties including the support and understanding of the company's Quality Management System, Quality Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions. The incumbent is responsible for the training, mentoring and deployment of the quality technician function. The incumbent is also involved in certifying the quality level of product and/or systems and applications and charged with designing tests and implementing a system by which to track results.
In this capacity, the technician performs several different tasks under the direction of the Quality Manager.
