Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana-Hancock. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenfield, IN. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring and recording patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans. The Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families regarding healthcare needs and contribute to a supportive and professional healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and creating personalized care plans
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Knowledge of acute care protocols and the ability to work with medically complex or critically ill patients
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent organizational abilities
• Active RN license in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in long-term acute care or critical care settings preferred
• Commitment to compassionate care and patient advocacy
