• Starting pay: $17.50 per hour, with growth opportunities based on experience

Responsible for grinding and finishing the surface of castings using floor grinders and precision hand tools. This role also performs final inspections to ensure quality standards.

Supports all stages of the investment casting process, including safe and efficient precasting, pouring, and post casting operations to manufacture propellers.

Operates and oversees Dip Robots and performs hand-dipping when needed. Responsible for loading and unloading parts for the automated dipping process.

Ensures propellers meet geometric and dimensional specifications by measuring pitch and rake, identifying necessary adjustments, and straightening propellers using hammers or mallets.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Shift: First shift, second shift and third shift Monday Friday (overtime as needed)
