Today, our products are sold through every major U.S. retailer, including Walmart, Auto Zone, Menards, Walgreens, Rural King, Tractor Supply, Dollar General, and many more. With this strong foundation in mass retail, we are now making a strategic investment in accelerating our direct-to-consumer eCommerce growth, specifically within the gift category.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven eCommerce Sales & Optimization Manager to take ownership of our online business and aggressively grow revenue and profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled eCommerce brands generating $5M+ in annual sales, understands how to optimize both traffic and conversion, and knows how to deploy advertising dollars efficiently for maximum ROI.
You will have real ownership of the eCommerce channel — from site performance and merchandising to digital advertising and growth strategy. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating potential acquisitions of complementary gift‑based eCommerce sites, helping expand our digital footprint even further.
Key Responsibilities Site Management & Conversion Optimization- Lead the day‑to‑day performance of our eCommerce site
- Optimize product listings, site structure, UX, and checkout funnels
- Execute A/B testing across pricing, content, offers, and merchandising strategies
- Build, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms
- Allocate and optimize ad spend based on ROAS, CPA, and profitability goals
- Track and analyze KPIs including ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and LTV
- Partner with product and creative teams to launch new products and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance to uncover growth opportunities
- Research and evaluate potential eCommerce acquisitions or partnerships
- Report directly to company ownership and the executive team
- Develop growth plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, inventory, creative, and fulfillment teams
- 5+ years of hands‑on eCommerce growth experience, ideally with brands exceeding $5M in annual online revenue
- Proven success driving profitable growth through paid advertising and optimization
- Strong experience with Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar platforms
- Highly analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and related tools
- A strong merchandising instinct and understanding of what converts in the gift/impulse category
