Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Onsite – Greenfield, California

  Full‑time (32 hours/week, Monday – Friday)
• Grade levels: K–8th grade
• Compensation:
  Starting at $25.00 per hour (commensurate пля experience)

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on students’ behavior and progress toward goals.
• Provide direct behavioral support and coaching in classrooms, therapy rooms, and other school settings.
• Use positive reinforcement and behavior‑management techniques to teach appropriate behaviors and social skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment for students with behavioral needs.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de‑escalation strategies as needed.
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and educational team members about progress and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Certified as BLT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). https//
• Previous experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of ABA principles and positive behavior support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
