Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Onsite – Greenfield, California

Position Details- Start date:
ASAP for remainder of the 2025‑2026 school year - Hours:
Full‑time (32 hours/week, Monday – Friday) - Grade levels: K–8th grade
- Compensation:
Starting at $25.00 per hour (commensurate пля experience)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on students’ behavior and progress toward goals.
- Provide direct behavioral support and coaching in classrooms, therapy rooms, and other school settings.
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior‑management techniques to teach appropriate behaviors and social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment for students with behavioral needs.
- Assist in crisis intervention and de‑escalation strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and educational team members about progress and strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Certified as BLT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). https//
- Previous experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school setting (preferred).
- Knowledge of ABA principles and positive behavior support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data collection and documentation.
