Customer Service Specialist - Full Time s hourly position focuses on delivering a positive customer experience by building relationships, guiding customers, and ensuring a friendly store environment. The role supports sales and key metrics through checkout and service area leadership.

What You Will Do
  • Demonstrate high ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
  • Support the team in fostering memorable store experiences through genuine relationships with the team, customers, and community.
  • Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently; handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
  • Leverage training tools, resources, and feedback to continuously improve knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
  • Support team’s selling behaviors by communicating daily goals, leading by example, assisting with onboarding, and providing learning opportunities.
  • Maintain current company policy and procedure knowledge to keep the team informed about products, promotions, contests, and events.
  • Support visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
  • Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
  • Support store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives, executing omni‑ and operations processes, maintaining product protection, and following safety and security protocols.
Skills And Abilities
  • Dedication to customer service and a drive to achieve store objectives.
  • Skills and experience to perform in the role and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to store success.
  • Self‑directed with minimal supervision in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and Windows‑based operating systems.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
  • Must bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
